Increased new members by 50%

MGI has served as the full-service marketing department for AAPS since 2016. In this capacity, MGI has promoted membership (acquisition, renewal, engagement, and retention) and products (conferences/meetings, webinars, eLearning courses, workshops), as well as creating branding and messaging. The strategy for many of these programs was driven by the results of a comprehensive quantitative research study conducted by MGI. The use of digital marketing and telemarketing channels has been especially effective for AAPS, increasing member renewals, new member acquisition, and meeting attendance. By running best practices acquisition and reinstatement across multiple channels, MGI and AAPS increased membership 5% from FY 18 to FY 19 and increased new member acquisitions by 50% in the same time frame.
