    Working with TAPPI staff, MGI developed an aggressive, multichannel member acquisition program that employed highly targeted messaging aimed at the multiple audiences within this complex and diverse industry. These approaches and great teamwork combined to successfully halt the decline. In fact, TAPPI has now enjoyed five straight years of membership growth! In addition, MGI’s new member acquisition efforts allowed TAPPI to focus on membership retention and engagement, and invest in new market development opportunities in the U.S. and abroad.
