Paid Leave
- Paid Time Off:

- Holiday Pay— New Years’ Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Benefits
- Health, Dental, Vision—(Eligible after 30 days of employment, 1st of the following month, effective date.)
- Short Term Disability— MGI pays 100% of the premiums. Provides salary continuation for employees who are unable to perform their duties due to a non-occupational injury or illness.
- Long-Term Disability—MGI pays 100% of the premiums. Effective 1st of the month following 180 days of service.
- Flexible Spending Account—Allows employees to deposit a portion of their gross income, tax free, into a spending account, which is used to pay for dental, medical, vision, as well as day care expenses.
- Parking Subsidy—Employees are subsidized a portion of their monthly parking or public transportation cost.
Financial Planning/Retirement
- Life Insurance Plan—One times the amount of your annual salary with 100% of the premium paid for by MGI. Effective 1st of the month following 180 days of service.
- 401(k) Plan—Allows the employee to a make pretax contribution’s up to 100% of their salary for retirement. Eligible after 30 days of employment, 1st of the following month effective date.
- Profit Sharing—Additional profits may be contributed to eligible employees Profit Sharing plan is based on a percentage of the total compensation. These contributions, if any, may vary in amount and percentage of compensation. One–year employment wait, with January 1 enrollment.
Professional Development
- Professional Dues—MGI provides payment for most dues and expenses for professional affiliations.
- Tuition Reimbursement—Available for eligible employees. Classes or courses must be job-related.
- MGI University Training Sessions—Held on a monthly basis.
- Taylor Scholarship—About 1000 employees are selected each year. Enrollment is on May 1st.
Employee Incentive Programs
- Employee Referrals—$500 award for newly hired employee.
- New Business Awards—$1000 award for signed new business referrals.
Work/Life
- Employee Assistance Program—An employer paid benefit that offers confidential assistance to employees having personal, financial, medical, and other related issues.
- Computer Purchase Program—Employees who have been employed for six months can take advantage of this interest free loan for the purchase of a home computer system.
- Discount Policy—MGI offer’s products and services to employees at reduced prices.
- Employee Appreciation Days–Various events throughout the year coordinated by the Employee Activities Committee.
- Business Casual Fridays—Employees will have the liberty to dress in business casual attire on Fridays.
